Static Pass Box

Working Principal

A Static Pass Box primarily serves as a safeguard area between two clean areas. Since it is intended for environments of the same classification, it utilizes a robust physical barrier and an automated sequential system instead of its own air filtration. The integrated electromagnetic interlocking system secures the opposite side door of the inward side. This controls both doors from opening at the same time, creating a barrier to a direct air transfer between the two areas.

• Material of Construction (MOC): Fabricated from premium stainless still (SS 304, SS 316 or SS 316L) to provide long lasting industrial cleaning solutions and avoid corrosion.
• Integrated Smart Interlocking System: Integrated with a high performance Electro-Magnetic or Electro-Mechanical Interlocking system intended for extensive material transfer.
• Airtight Sealing and Ergonomic Design: Fitted with high-quality, food safe silicone and neoprene hollow seals that cater excellent flexibility and ensure to terminate particle transfer and microbial growth.
• Advanced Contamination Controls: Sturdy UV light with a hour meter (suggested to change at 2000 hrs) to monitor light burning hours and prevent active germicidal growth.
