As a trusted clean room equipment manufacturer, we at Ultra Clean Room Systems design and manufacture our systems to adhere to strict international regulatory standards (such as WHO, GMP, and ISO). Through the integration of high-efficiency particulate filtration and cutting-edge automation, our Dynamic Pass Boxes safeguard the facility’s pressure differentials and mitigate the chance of cross contamination during the material transfer.
The Dynamic Passbox basically operates using a its own vertical laminar airflow system that recycle the airflow to safeguard a clean environment within the working area during operation cycle. A low-noise centrifugal blower integrated into the system pulls air from the cleanroom or chamber via a suction pre-filter. That air is pushed through a HEPA Filter, generating a constant downward flow of ISO Class 5 laminar airflow. The system is regulated by an electromagnetic interlocking mechanism to keep either side door closed when the other side door is open. Once the entry door is shut, the system initiates a short purge cycle during which the laminar flow completely freshens the internal air volume. After the cycle concludes, the exit door opens, permitting secure collection of the disinfected material.
